Services

BG Media Agency provides Social Media Marketing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Influencer Marketing services as per the agreed proposal or package. Any service not specifically mentioned is not included and will be charged separately.

Payment Terms

All services are offered strictly on a quarterly advance payment basis. Services will start or continue only after full payment is received. Payments once made are non-refundable and non-adjustable.

No Guarantee of Results

BG Media Agency does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, reach, engagement, or specific results. Outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond the Agency’s control.

Advertising Platforms & Ad Spend

Advertising budgets are paid directly by the Client to the respective platforms. BG Media Agency is not responsible for ad disapprovals, account suspensions, policy changes, or platform-related issues.

Influencer Marketing

Influencers are independent third parties. The Agency does not guarantee influencer performance, reach, or audience response and shall not be liable for influencer conduct beyond the agreed campaign scope.

Shoot Frequency (As Per Package)

Photoshoot and video shoot visits are provided strictly as per the selected package. The Agency team will visit for shoots monthly based on the number of shoots included (once, twice, or more). Any additional shoots beyond the package limit will be charged separately.

Location & Additional Expenses

Package pricing is applicable only within Ahmedabad. For clients located outside Ahmedabad, all additional expenses including travel, food, accommodation, and related logistics for the Agency team shall be borne by the Client and paid in advance.

Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate information, timely approvals, access, and ensure that all content, offers, and claims comply with applicable laws and platform policies. Delays from the Client side may affect timelines.

Intellectual Property

All creatives, content, and strategies remain the property of BG Media Agency until full payment is received. The Agency may use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Termination

Either party may terminate services by written notice. No refunds will be provided for any unused period within the paid quarter. The Agency reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment or illegal activity.

Limitation of Liability

BG Media Agency shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the current quarter.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Acceptance

By proceeding with payment, email, WhatsApp confirmation, or written approval, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
